Isabelle is a basket maker and will also invite you to visit her basketry workroom. A big plus!
Isabelle’s stately house has a lot of living space with elegant decoration. It is located on the gorgeous Rue Royale in Corné, a village of the Loire valley which was very thriving in the 19th century. The private houses and public buildings in the road all date back to this period. The most sophisticated ones have very designed decorations on the façades, inspired by ancient Roman and Greek buildings.
Along the nearby Authion river, you will find many walking and cyclcing trails.
